By purchasing a ticket and participating in Hammer Crawl, you acknowledge and agree that Hammer Crawl, its organizers, affiliates, sponsors, and associated venues are not responsible or liable for any personal injury, damage, loss, or any other incident that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participants are fully responsible for their own actions, behavior, and safety. Hammer Crawl does not assume any responsibility for the conduct of individuals attending the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hammer Crawl, its organizers, and all related parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation in the event.

By participating in Hammer Crawl, you acknowledge that consuming alcoholic beverages is entirely at your own discretion and risk. We strongly encourage all participants to drink responsibly and be aware of their own limits. Hammer Crawl and its organizers do not condone excessive drinking or any behavior that endangers yourself or others. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and decisions while consuming alcohol during the event. Participants are urged to arrange safe transportation and to never drink and drive. Hammer Crawl reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any participant who appears to be excessively intoxicated or poses a risk to themselves or others.

Hammer Crawl is a rain or shine event. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that Hammer Crawl and its organizers are not responsible for refunds, reimbursements, or any financial compensation due to weather conditions, venue issues, government regulations, acts of nature, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may impact, alter, or cancel the event.

In the event of a postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If a full cancellation occurs, Hammer Crawl is not obligated to provide refunds or credits of any kind.

Hammer Crawl events are open to all students and community members. You do not have to be 21+ to purchase a ticket or attend participating events. However, entry into certain venues (such as bars) may be restricted to 21+ only, at the sole discretion of the venue.

All participants must comply with state and local laws regarding the consumption of alcohol. You must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Hammer Crawl does not endorse, promote, or permit underage drinking, and is not responsible for any violations of alcohol laws by attendees.
